Low cost, no hassle with management. One issue - a man working there smoked constantly, cigarettes butts all over in a place that posted no smoking.

The shower had very low water presure when using hot water but fine on cold 😠 it took FOREVER to take a shower! The tolet would not flush my husband had to open to comode to fix it! The phone in the room wasnt working so we were not able to call for service 😒 NOT HAPPY!!!

If you are going to San Antonio Texas DON'T STAY HERE. They will go thru your luggage.
They stole clothing that I had purchased specially for Thanksgiving day and they stoled from my luggage. No body took responsibility, it felted wrong specially when I told management they acted like if it was ok.

Terrible Experience
Posted 16 Sep 2023 on HotelsReceptionist was extremely rude. Threw the key card. Was talking over me when I talked. Blankets were dirty. Shower was dirty. And trashcans still had trash in them. Couldn't even stay the full night. I'd like a refund.

Posted 25 May 2023 on HotelsThere was a 2 inch live cockroach in the bathtub. There was no water pressure in the shower. Visible hair/gunk clogging the shower drain. Curtains had multiple visible blood stains. Wifi never worked because it was completely non-existent. Shady area with shady ppl all around. Was there for a regretful 3 nights and packed all my belongings and took with me every time I left the motel. I do not recommend.

Dear GuestI am sorry we felt short of your expectations. We had Wifi no other guest complained. 2nd of all there are no shady people around the hotel so please don't judge people because one day someone will judge you and you wont like it either, if you are not happy please contact your 3rd party website who you made reservation with and simply ask for a refund thru the 3rd and we will be glad to do so. stay somewhere where you feel safe and secured
