Historic place right by the Alamo. The a/c worked perfectly since it was rather warm. Everyone was friendly and helpful

Staff was friendly, great location, hotel was clean & cute, felt safe, easy walking to the river walk and restaurants. Only complaint was that the shower did not regulate the water temp. Hot & cold alternated while taking a shower, a bit uncomfortably.

Our hotel employs maintenance staff 24/7 that can go into your room to correct the water temperature issue. The convenience to be a walking distance from the Alamo and quite a bit to see around. A lot of shopping, just enjoyable. Will definitely stay again at the Crockett if visiting San Antonio again!

$45 valet parking. If you’re going to go the cheap route in the river center parking garage be aware. Our car got our windows smashed in for an attempted burglary. They are not liable for anything that happens to your car either. Police didn’t even bother to come to the scene.
