I did share my review directly with the front desk and ask that they have the manager call me asap. I have yet to hear from them. Some of the light bulbs were burned out in the room, the coffee tray was very dirty, room had 2 inches of dust all over hair in the sheets, tub and shower had some black mold, but the final straw was when I got up to use the restroom and turned the light on and cockroaches (babies) scattered on the floor!!!, and when I looked closer I saw a very dark dried on urine on the back and bottom of the stool The hotel is in a good location. This was our 2nd stay even after the first room wasn't anything to write home about.....I cleaned and didn't complain, but figured it was just an oversite, but this last stay may well be the last.....that is unacceptable!!!!!! and then to have the manager not call me back is a bad deal and very unprofessional.
