The hotel was very well staffed with very nice employees who offered assistance at any chance that they saw us the pool was clean and easily accessible, and the area was better than most around. It was very close to the Air Force Base, which was our main purpose of the trip.. also the full kitchen and dishes, etc. was very convenient along with a full-size fridge. N our price range. This was definitely the safest hotel close to Lackland Air Force Base by far. Had several people report that they took the loss and switched hotels for the safety of their family

Room and stay we're great, but had an issue in the parking lot the final night. I would still recommend, but park in the back where the entrance gate locks and security stands.

The staff was super friendly, and the room was very clean. It was quiet, and no problems whatsoever. A convenient snack/drinks/necessity store on the first floor came in handy too. I was there for my son's graduation from Air Force BMT. Candlewood Suites Lackland was only a 4 minute drive from Luke East Gate on base. It was wonderful! A I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

The only thing I would say is I’d like a complimentary breakfast besides coffee or tea.

We had never stayed at a Candlewood property. Although the surrounding area was not well-kept, we were pleasantly surprised at the roominess and cleanliness of our suite. The staff was attentive and friendly and maintained contact by text to ensure that our stay was going well.
