The staff was very accommodating. We asked for a couple of things, and they supplied what we needed~~immediately. Always cordial.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve stayed. Our first room was truly disgusting and the second room while better was still not as clean as it should be. The customer service was horrendous as well. I can see why this hotel is in the condition it is with the current management. She did not care about our poor experience and only did anything because she felt she had to do so. She was disrespectful and just made excuses for the terrible rooms or bad customer service.

The property was located close to our destination in San Antonio. However, Google did not take us directly to the property even though we entered the exact address, AND we had to do a 6 mile interstate loop to get back to the property. Probably just a glitch from Google that can be remedied. The breakfast at the property was well done with very attentive and kind staff helping at every turn. Room was full at the time we went, but everyone seemed to be getting what they needed, and fresh food was coming out regularly. This is one of those times when it appeared that people really care about how they do their job, and how it makes others feel. Great experience.

Apple maps may have issues, we have not seen issues with Google. Often a Welcome Text Message is sent that has the exact link to Google Maps. It took a while for front counter clerk to come up front when we arrived in the evening. While the lobby and halls are updated, the linens and wall plates are outdated. The pillows were horrible and my wife and I both had headaches and sore necks from them. The breakfast was actually very good.

They are always so accommodating! I was offered and accepted a full Thanksgiving Day plate of food from the front desk lady. I was so thankful. They really take care of their guests.

staff went the extra mile....

I left behind an important item upon checkout. I received a personal call to notify me of the list item. I was able to swing by and retrieve the item at the front desk. I appreciated the extra personal attention! thank you!
