Excellent room. Friendly staff. Facilities. Breakfast expensive and you could offer an option of discounted breakfast if booked at time of hotel room booking. Bar could stay open later as 10pm closure is very early

We were a group of three friends and had a large suite, which was fantastic. The attention to detain is just brilliant. Our room had a big double bedroom with en-suite. There was then and lounge area with dinning table and kitchen, as well as a second bathroom and toilet. Stairs took you up to an open planned upstairs bedroom with four single beds.
The kitchen was really well equipped. It had absolutely everything you needed. They even had a little welcome box of cleaning bits, including dishwasher tablets and rinse aid.
You can preorder bread and pasties for the following morning from reception the night before, and then you don’t have to go out first thing. Just brilliant.
The room had everything you could possibly want and more, including slippers and dressing gowns.
The spa is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, although I think the hot tub could do with being a little warmer, but a really great space.
The whole hotel is really well decorated/designed and feels warm and cosy from the moment you arrive. Everything is spotlessly clean. I had read that the rooms are not serviced, but this was not the case, and we were offered free daily service at check in.
Overall, a perfect ski hotel and I would happily recommend to anyone.

We had a family suite, 2 double bedrooms, so perfect for 2 adults and two teenage girls. The hotel minibus service to the lift was great as was the good size ski locker that each room has. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Posted 11 Mar 2023 on HotelsOur second visit to this wonderful hotel and yet again did not disappoint. We love Samoens as it is so laid back and perfect for a relaxing holiday and no better place to chill out than the Alexane.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautifully furnished and spa facilities first class
