Terrible staff
Posted 31 Jul 2022 on HotelsDropped our daughters bathing suit 3 floors down. Called front desk for assistance to retrieve it. Took them over 2 hours. Staff were rude and did not take their jjobs professiionally. As a Gold memeber of hotels.com, they did not honor the early check in or late check out. Terrible service.
