Very small room with no a/c but it is inexpensive. It is hot in Samara. Friendly staff.

Staff is friendly. The hotel is terribly noisy. We had a room with No a/c, the ceiling fan was not strong enough to make a difference, the room was very hot. Hard and noisy bed. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, we stayed 1 and moved to an other place. Greg, one of the staff member was great and understanding, he reimbursed us what he could.
