We had the best time in Bahia Principe Grand Samana! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Service was wonderful, we got everything we needed and much more. The place wasn't too busy so it was ideal and not crowded in any of the facilities. The area is beautiful and you're bound to have a great time spending your vacation there!

Food options at buffet area were limited. Also there were a lot of flies in the dinning areas

The property is not what it used to be 5 years ago! It’s no longer my favorite destination because they have a new weird system of Not All Inclusive anymore unless you pay Extra!! No more Shows at night either… will Not be returning ever!!!

Hotel is beautiful and quiet. Great for couples or people who want to relax and rest. Food & drinks needs improvement. Only 2 restaurants were available on our stay.

I have to say the property is very clean. The staff definitely are pleasant and helpful .

The staff were wondering, especially the ladies in the SPA very knowledgeable and professional. The food in the buffet was awful. Poor presentation quality.
