Very nice room and an excellent breakfast. Room was a nice size after switching from the double room to the junior suite I had reserved. There was push back to my move request but I showed my Expedia reservation and they honored the request for the move. The hotel was fully booked.
After the initial room change discussion, the service was very good and they apologized for the problem & wanted to make sure we were happy.
They handled reservations for us well to a concert at the palace. I would definitely stay there again.

I was given a horrible, poky little attic room which definitely wasn’t what I had booked. No curtains, just an outside blind. Sloping ceiling directly over the bed which I hate as I am claustrophobic. Not even a picture on the walls! Only shampoo, no shower gel in the bathroom. I paid nearly £400 for 2 nights & that didn’t even include breakfast!

Conveniently located for the main attractions and although very central our room was quiet. Very good breakfast and our host, Sema, deserves special mention - she was amazing.... not only very efficient and appropriately attentive, she was always so welcoming to everyone. A ray of sunshine every morning! Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here during our six nights in Salzburg. Such a friendly staff! From the front desk to housekeeping, to the breakfast team, everyone was so kind and helpful. It was within walking distance of many sights and also shopping and restaurants. It was a clean hotel, the room and beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. It was my third trip to Salzburg, but my first time at Hotel am Mirabellplatz. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was a great place to take my teenage daughters on their first trip to Austria. Thanks to the staff for making our hotel stay so delightful.

Very close location for Panorama Tours pickup. Could walk to the old town in 15 minutes easily. Lots of restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Our room was loud the first night, but closing the window and turning on the AC fixed that.

Hotel am Mirabellplatz Our four-night stay at this hotel for my birthday trip was wonderful. We had a large, comfortable, and quiet room, which suited our needs perfectly. We were able to walk to all places we sought to explore in Salzburg, and there were plenty of satisfying restaurants nearby. The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful,
This is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the beautiful city of Salzburg close to all the main attractions, and very convenient for the very good transport links. It may not be a modern hotel but it caters for everything. The breakfast is amazing lots of choice and great food and the restaurant staff were so lovely and pleasant and offered us a brilliant service. The reception staff were fantastic from the time we arrived to the time we left. We arrived early and they had our room ready. They gave us a lot of information regarding attractions location bus stops and booked our excursions and advised has to get a Salzburg travel car which saved us a lot of money. We were so grateful for all their help. The staff in this hotel are all very pleasant and lovely and I can say they were by far the best we have seen .. all very amazing , helpful. And provided an Excellent service Will definitely stay here again when visiting Salzburg. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay and trip memorable
