Good value. Hotel is next to a bus stop, which is useful. The area around the hotel are local cheap apartments, which doesn't bother us.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. My only complaint is that I was in a room facing the street. A festival, think Oktoberfest type, was ongoing just at the end of the street. The street noise was very loud as lots of people were walking to the festival, as well as cars driving by. This lasted until late at night. The a/c had not been turned on yet, so I had to keep the window open for air, so the noise was a big issue.

Breakfast was good (but costly) and the hotel generally is spacious and very friendly staff.
But they lack a lot of things like the basic toiletries, and no telephone in the room makes things more difficult. The rooms are not at all spacious. There was a suffocating smell when the room was opened for the first time.
Not even a kettle and coffee is available in the room. No drinks in the refrigerator either. And comparing the facilities we get for this price, it is definitely a no-deal.
