Incredible room/suite! The layout and finishes in the suite were so modern and interesting. Great location, staff was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Loved the view of the mountains from our hotel room. Hotel was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and pkeasant.

At the beginning the lady at the front desk was not very informed and they put us in a room too small and with stairs to go up. No good because we had 3 big bags and there was no person to hep us with our bags they also put us in another building not the one we booked for. But after persisting about this issue finaly they put us in the right room The place is nice if they put you in the right place. But it wasn't easy to get them to do so.

Thank yoiu very much for your review.Unfortunately, you did not describe the situation quite correctly. Through Expedia you booked the room type Standard Double Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking (Residence) with the request for the room to be made up with twin beds. The Residence is our annex building and there we only have one room where the beds can be sparated into twin beds. Unfortuntely, this room is on the top floor of the building which can only be reached by one floor of stairs. When you stated that you did not like the room because of the stairs I explained the situation. As an alternative I offered to upgrade your room to a Superior double room in the main building of the hotel, However you hesitated for a while because in this room we could not make up the beds as twin beds. After my third offer to change the room you finally agreed and we moved your luggage to the new room. As initially we gave you the the kind of room you orignally booked with the request you stated and then right away offered you an alternative when you did not like the room I feel that we did everything possible in order to make your stay a pleasant one.
