WI-FI was slow, it was back to analog modem speed....

We are hoping to get internet via fiber in not too long so then the WI-FI should be faster!

Pros: Food and friendliness
Location: Above the arctic circle, so visit to it was a must. Can drive to Bodo. Hiking possible but we didn't opt for that
This hotel (lodge) has a family feel. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was a bit small with toilet and shower very close, but water was hot and with sink outside of bathroom, no real problem. We had an excellent buffet dinner - nothing fancy, just tasty salmon and other choices. Breakfast buffet also very good with variety of options. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. The only negative was lack of elevator.

Great hotel close to the Arctic Circle

Pros: It has a beautiful location; it's quiet, the room and bathroom were spacious, the food was grand, and I was treated like family.
Cons: I can't think of a thing.
Location: It has plenty of local hiking area, and it is the closest hotel to the Arctic Circle Visitors' Centre.
I felt like an awaited guest rather than a customer. Torbjørn showed me immediately to my room and let me know what was being served for supper. I chose the pork neck because I never had any before. Sissil let me eat in the sitting room with a grand view of the afternoon sun on the mountains and marvelous classical music playing instead of the dining area. They were ever so accommodating! Sissil even let me know that the Northern Lights were out. The room was quite large as was the wonderful bathroom. Best of all, it was only 20 minutes to the Arctic Circle Visitors' Centre that I truly wanted to visit, and was able to twice because of the hotel's close proximity. I wish I could have stayed another day or 2 and explored the local area. It was quite quiet, and I enjoyed a great night's sleep. Breakfast was quite good with lots of variety. I'll stay there the next time I'm in the area.

Ingen restaurang som kunde servera annat än frukost. Vi meddelande om detta först på morgonen samma dag som vi skulle checka in.

Hei, takk for tilbakemelding. Nå står det på våre sider på Hotels.com at vi ikke har restaurant og kun frokost, men sender likevel ut en reminder tidlig på dagen, slik at man kan spise en plass før ankomst. Har også endret slik at det står at vi har tv i peisestuen/felleområdet. Så, beklager at dette ikke fremkommer godt nok, men vi prøver å informere fortløpende og sende ut remindere.
