I SUPPOSED TO GET BREAKFAST INCLUDED WITH 3 NIGHTS STAY AT THIS HOTEL, I HAVE SCREENSHOT IT IN MY PHONE AND SHOW IT TO THE STAFFS THERE, EVEN THE MANAGER SAID THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT SHE CAN DO, SHE WILL HAVE THE IT TO ASK EXPEDIA AND FIX IT. SO I DON'T GET ANYTHING EVEN I BOUGHT THE HOTEL NIGHTS WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

Beautiful view from our corner room and room was immaculate. Only complaint - the terrible directions to the parking. why are there no signs for the hotel until you get deep into the lot? we weren't sure we were at the right place. then we tote all our luggage to the elevators to see they are closed and we need to go to another elevator. The worst problem - on our last day the key wouldn't work and we couldn't get the barricade to let us out. My husband went back to the desk and no one knew what we needed to do -- really???? It was an extra 25 minutes to get out of the parking garage. Please have better instructions than a 3 by 4 inch diagram and put some signs in the garage. For what you charge that doesn't seem to be asking much.

Central location, comfortable and clean rooms. Lots of amenities and close to great restaurants.

I booked a room online, a king suite with a queen pullout bed for a high rate. Upon arrival to the facility they told me such a room doesn’t exist. Then said I had to take a double queen room instead. Never credited me the charge for the more expensive room. The roads are trash around the hotel massive construction going on downtown.
