The traffic flow with Chick-filet needs to be fixed. Waiting for 45 min for the drive-in customers to move through the line because they block the entrance to the hotel is a problem.

We had to kill 6 spiders in our 2 night stay. Cobwebs above our bed, above fridge, in the bathroom. Great staff, you can just tell the room did not get cleaned, more so the sheets, towels, an garbage was just changed

Beds were decent and it was fairly quiet. Room relatively clean with the exception of dirt behind bathroom door and discoloration of caulk (mold?) The hallways and elevator are not well kept at all which kind of made me uncomfortable about the hotel in general. Very little in the way of amenities in the room. The worst part was no coffee - some of us count on it to get us going in the morning. There was coffee in the office, also 2 kinds of cellophane wrapped muffins and oatmeal packets for breakfast. No fruit or yogurt to be had. The desk clerk decided to restock to muffin baskets (that you have to stand in front of while you get your coffee) while we fixed our coffee. He was reaching between my friend and me to do it and we were standing right next to each other! That was odd…he could have waited 30 seconds for us to be done. Overall, just an somewhat average experience. Will probably look elsewhere next time.

Staff was helpful and great service. Nice location and convenient for our trip to Sugar House Park and Lagoon. Really clean rooms!!! Some homeless around but nothing to bad. Will return. Decent rates for the area. Grab and go breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was very good! Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. This is my favorite place to stay downtown!
