There was a lot of criminal activity in the area. I witnessed police making arrests on various occasions. I did not feel comfortable walking in this neighborhood alone.

The floors are dirty, the room stinks really bad, there is someone else’s spit on the bathroom faucet, there was a loud popping noise in the room that kept me from sleeping. The beep beep of others going into their rooms was constant all night. I had the ac fan on high trying to drown all that out but it didn’t work. The hallway floors and elevator are filthy. People are living in the building with their pets and they are not being cleaned up after. The sheets and the towels were clean though.

Good stay will be back

Our stay was for work. Have a kitchen and a full sized frig is great. Able to cook meals is a money saver. Fast food all the time gets old really quick. The only thing I could ask for is a bigger TV I'm a little older andy eyes are not the best.

Dirty place.. not a hotel looks like a homeless shelter, people smoking in front of the maon door , not daily housekeeping, hallways smell like fast food ,

The extended stay America is trash really stinks people hanging around rooms a bare min this I’ll probably be the last time I use Hotels.com. I’m going back to my IGH app where I know I get quality rooms even when they’re cheap.
