We were lied to by the staff that the hotel only allowed pets on the 1st and 2nd floors and that the 3rd and 4th floors were non pet floors but come to find out that wasn’t true that’s why my daughter was having asthma issues during our whole stay and when we brought this to managements attention she had the nerve to say well maybe next time stay at a non pet friendly hotel.

Did not get a chance to see the hotel it self as they canceled our room at the very last minute. And the office manager was very rude to me and my wife over the phone.

The staff was great, breakfast was out of this world! Loved the waffles and scrambled eggs. Only complaint was the hair on the comforter. Kinda yucky. But it was in a very pleasant place to stay.

Nice friendly staff. Older decor but everything performed well - particularly pleased with the ability to regulate room temperature - was able to set it nice and cold.

Place is run down. It needs a complete overhaul. Beds nasty and old. Carpet is nasty and old. No soap or shampoo or conditioner. For the price of 140 a room it’s not worth it. The only upside to staying here is you can walk to get food and a drink. I will not stay at this place again. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The tv wasn't working and there was only one staff member here and she couldn't fix it. The hot tub was only half full with a ton of dead bugs in it and it smelled like urine. The poolside was fine. The room was fine other than the tv not working.

Only weekly once house keeping service for rooms. Not suitable for long duration stay.
