The employees were nice but the room smelled like cigarettes even though it was labeled as a non-smoker. The pool wasn’t open and the parking lot is behind a gate that you need a room key to open so it causes congestion with people parked going into the lobby. The room was fairly clean but I did notice that there were burn holes in the bedding and the towels had makeup stains.

Mold in the shower, loose toilet seat and lid that would not stay up, no fruit or protein in the “hot” breakfast, cheap plastic folding chair at the desk which collapsed and no elevator to my second floor room.

The room was dirty. You don't get much information from staff when checking in.

Was not at all as expected based on description. Checked in after listening to the person behind the desk arguing with someone. Room had holes in the shower walls and mold throughout. Constant smell of weed from the groups in the parking lot and walked out to cops filling the parking lot the first night.
Didn't feel safe at all and would not stay again. As a single female traveling this trip I had several friends urge me to leave as they too were afraid for my safety. Wouldn't recommend but one thing I can say was the bed was clean and comfortable.

It was not kept up , everything was run down , doesn't look like they replace things , the bedskirts were falli g apart and glued back , they need to put some money back into the place. The bed was ok. Old worn out sheets but clean

This is a secure place to stay. With the rooms and parking behind a gate . The room was very clean.

Walked in to check in and the manager was on the phone completely ignored us and then we had to pay $25 for early check in. Got to the room and it was occupied. Went back to get another room and walked into that room and it smelled like a mildewed ashtray when it was supposed to be non smoking. It was dirty on the floor and bathroom. People working on cars outside felt unsafe. HORRIBLE isn’t the word. Checked out asap and if course received no money back. Most awful experience!!
