The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated.

Ok stay but terrible communication
Posted 22 Jun 2023 on HotelsThe room was fine, beds were comfortable but it was very basic and bare. The room was actually in a residential block not a normal hotel. Reception closed at 5pm and we arrived later than this so had no way of getting in. We ended up having g to walk across town (family of 5 with our bags) to another of their hotels to find out how to get our key etc. to then have to walk back again.
