My higlight of this trip was the vip voucher as the spa was good. Good location Good dinner food Bad: Despide my vip status they did not offer me the late check out or the upgrade they did not know much about this services. Spa too strick too Check in desk too slow Services in the restaurant was too slow too only one in reception and one taking orders felt disappointed The bar drinks is limited and if you dont have all inclusive you have to pay for drinks in the restaurant. The cleaning people were too noise could not relax in the mornings Late check out was too expensive and the suitcase lock room was not able to lock property and no cameras so take the risk for your belongins. Animation did not exist when we were there. Fridge not available in the room, they want to charge you for everything this was part of the things they charge. Sorry wont come back

Overal is OK but need more to became good hotel. Lift very old, corridors very loud sounds and beds are just ok

The staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and made up beds every day. The animation staff were great and friendly and very inclusive, they were great with my five year old
