The toilet was plugged, went to desk and they gave us a plunger? That plunger broke off in the toilet yhen they gave us another one? No maintenance available, no other room available, had to use toilet in the lobby for the night!

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in. There was hair EVERYWHERE & the front desk lady was not the least bit polite.
