The hotel booked us a cab to the train station with All Seven cab company.
They charged us triple what the previous cabs to and from the train station were. We were scammed. The hotel was fine but getting scammed by the cabbie leaves a bad feeling about the entire stay.

Super clean historic house converted to a really nice, informal hotel. They offer breakfast and have a bar for drinks. Central location and friendly staff. Easy to get to restaurants, shops, pubs and public transport. Not sure about parking as we travelled by train. The property has no lift to the upper floors, but reception staff will help with luggage, and you can ring reception from the room. Robust WiFi signal, air con and windows that actually open. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Complimentary drink at the bar on the first evening. Cheers!

Great hotel in the middle of everything in Salisbury, very nice bar with welcome drinks offered upon check-in

A good hotel, clean and well maintained with very pleasant staff. Room was spacious with tea/coffee and water in the room. No evening dining, but plenty of options within 5 minutes. There is a bar. The self serve Breakfast was really good.
The only downside is the car park is quite small and can only accommodate a few cars

Parking is not easy and the staff are kind but don’t really move from their seats. Place is a very old building done up but a bit pricey for what you get.

Well situated within very easy walking distance of all main sites. Hotel room spacious and very clean but with lack of draw space to store clothes. Friendly staff but no dinner facilities.

Good morning,I'm really sorry that you weren't able to stay with us on this occasion. Unfortunately, when you reserved your room with Expedia you have chosen non-refundable rate with no cancellation window. We would highly recommend choosing flexible rate to avoid disappointment in the future.
