Lovely 2 night stay
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsFrom the moment of arrival to time we left everyone made us feel welcome. Room was comfortable and suited our needs. Very nice to have cookies for arrival. The food was delicious throughout our stay. We hope to return very soon . Thank you

Excellent find!
Posted 7 Feb 2024 on HotelsLovely pub, great room, excellent service.
Good food, albeit a little pricey. The only negative is that the doorway into the bathroom in room 1 is VERY low, resulting in a nasty bump on the head.
Would be an idea to either put some foam here or, at least, a highlight to warn people!!!!

Ideal stop over in lovely village
Posted 2 Dec 2023 on HotelsA very nice welcoming pub/restaurant with rooms. Ideal in winter when windows are closed, as it is next to quite a busy local road. Huge open fireplace, nice staff, excellent breakfast, roast dinner. Setting is lovely, with easy parking and church bells nearby.

Restless night!
Posted 25 Oct 2023 on HotelsConvenient location but very thin walls in room 7 - so heard every sound & creek from the next door room guests including snoring and young child early morning. Shower very weak and temperature went up and down so very hard to enjoy a consistent comfortable shower!

An oasis in the middle of nowhere
Posted 13 Sep 2023 on HotelsBooked here at the last minute, after previous arrangements had been cancelled.
Never heard of Hinton but was pleasantly surprised. It resembled a typical English village.
The Grosvenor Arms was a delightful old pub/restaurant with accommodation.
A lovely overnight stay
