Off the track Hotel.
Posted 24 Aug 2023 on HotelsFantastic welcome on a very hot afternoon. Couple of flights of stairs up to the room. Fantastic view of the river below from the room. No aircon but super quiet and pleasant with the large window open during the stay.

Beautiful, unusual building.
Posted 25 Nov 2021 on HotelsThe hotel restaurant and bar are not open during the winter but we were advised to eat at a restaurant in the village, about 5 minutes walk away. This was very good advice, the food was really good and the restaurant was lovely.

Very quiet location. The hotel could do with mosquito nets in the windows as it was not possible to open the windows at night due to many mozzies.

We loved the tranquility of the place. The setting in a small village meant we got to meet locals. There were lovely walking tracks and fishing to be done. We even managed conversations with our very basic Spanish words.
