Management skills and PR lacking. My first room had a periodic beep on the fire alarm- indicating it needed a new battery. The front Manager( questionable) said when maintenance changes a room battery , that sets off all the smoke alarms- changing rooms is the solution. Didn’t offer service to reload my luggage and move me to an additional room- simply-“ Come down and get another room key.”When I arrived at the front desk, she slammed the key on the counter and walked away. ????? This is customer service- not for me.

Booked last minute. Was quiet and clean. Check in was ideal and friendly.

I was looking forward to a cinnamon roll made by Holiday Inn but, to my disappointment, that is only for the Express hotels. I paid $175 for the room (including taxes and fees) so it was a little higher than I usually spend but I was willing for the cinnamon rolls (I bought ahead of time before knowing they didn’t serve breakfast). I do like that they actually have body wash rather than bar soap as I prefer that. If it was $25 cheaper, we may stay again if we are in the area.

This hotel is clean and close to the highway for an overnight stop while traveling. The restaurant closes early but there is a good hibachi place right next door.
