The entire hotel's water was shut off at 8am and I wasn't informed about it until after check-in. I didn't get to the hotel until 2am and since I purchased it on Expedia the hotel would not give me a refund. The attendant was rude and the hotel had a musty smell. The only thing good I could say about it was the pillows were very soft.

The check in was easy and our room was by the elevator. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Everyone was incredibly polite and the hotel was very clean! The room was amazing, it was like a little suite, but for an incredibly low cost. The bathroom was nice and clean, the bed was soft with good pillows and quality sheets. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was really good and there were a lot of options. Thank you for having us!

Nice property, staff are attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, parking is convenient, water is hot and incidentals provided. Would stay again.

The location is quite convenient. There are lots of eating options nearby and shopping options. It is set back from the busy street which helps create a quiet setting, pleasant for sitting on the outside patio. The property is clean and pleasant, although the room I stayed in had a hole burned through one of the curtains on the window, and small black stains on the shower curtain and on one of the pillowcases. But overall it was good enough.

Got a great rate on Expedia. Hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were really friendly.
Breakfast bar left a bit to be desired. The eggs and sausage and gravy were tasteless but hot. Otherwise very few choices for anyone on a low-carb/sugar diet.
