This property is excellent. I never choose a motel since most are not safe and most are run down. However, the reviews for this property convinced me to give it a try. I’m so glad we did. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Manager and staff were fantastic. Cleanest place in town. Will always stay here when traveling through Salina.

I usually stay at hotels...but the price $58 was attractive and the reviews were good. I drove up to the building and the building is in good repair. The nice thing about this one story motel is l could park right in front of my room. When l opened the door to the room, there was not a single thing that made me think shabby or worn out. The room smelled clean and the carpet looks brand new. The rooms are small but very comfortable for one or two people. I was very surprised there was a refrigerator and microwave. I've paid a lot more in a hotel for a whole lot less comfort. This is a very nice place to stay.

I stayed here a second time. What I like is that’s it’s very clean despite the price! My concern is the neighborhood doesn’t feel very safe, very limited parking as it is only to the front of the hotel. Last time I stayed I had to ask the front desk if I could park in handicap since there were no more spaces left. There was also no option for me to request to not have a cleaner come in during my stay. I typically don’t prefer housekeeping until I am checked out. Also this time around I noticed quite a bit of ants crawling around the desk area especially when eating! Literally thought an ant crawled in my food and didn’t even finish my meal.

I don't usually write reviews, but this property was a major surprise. It is newly remodeled and very nice. The room was very clean. Often when I book a non-smoking room, there is a heavy smell of cleanser trying to mask a residual smoke odor. This room smelled clean, without smelling like disinfectant or air freshener.
The room came with a microwave and a good-size mini freeze that had a separate freezer. It worked great.
My room came with an adequate number of towels (four for a double queen room), so I didn't have to ask for extras.
They don't serve breakfast, but there is hot coffee, as well as a hot chocolate/cappuccino machine.
This was a great value, and I would definitely stay at Best Inn again.
