Staff had difficulty in confirming details; taxi service confirmation was not provided, had to follow up. Our room heater/air conditioner did not work, couldn’t service as it was the weekend. No one ever came on Monday April 29 or Tuesday April 30, but we were provided a stand alone heater and extra blankets.

The only bad point to the stay was how noisy it was.

We stayed here for a football match, the hotel is perfect location for this, the tram makes it easy to travel around. We had to ask reception for extra pillows, also make sure you take your own kettle. Down side only two plugs. Great price for 3 adults needing a room.

Small dingy rooms, have to pay for the car park, overall terrible place to stay DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Didn’t make me aware before hand that the car park was an extra charge and I had a tram line a few meters from my window which woke me up very early at regular intervals.
Without the tram the experience would have been greatly improved
