Always have a great stay here at the AC Marriott Hotel, Salford Quays. Polite and efficient staff (especially Carolina on reception). Nothing too much trouble. So handy for all the concerts we frequent. Breakfast is faultless. Rooms immaculate. Cannot recommend highly enough! Exceptional throughout. Always visit when in Manchester and always look forward to it. Absolutely love it.

Good basic hotel and great for the Metro - 5 minutes across the road. Good parking on site. Downsides - small beds; only queen size as rooms are quite small. Shower over bath which is dated for a newish hotel. No hooks or pegs in the room to hang jackets or robes etc. Usual problem - the designers need to be made to live in the room for a few nights and then they will see all the simple basic omissions that make such a difference. A couple of shelves would be good!

I was in Manchester for a concert at Coop Live Arena. The hotel is in a good location very close to the trams. I didn't use any amenities at the hotel. It was just a place for me to sleep for the night. It was a warm day and I set the air-con temp to 18 and went to sleep. I woke up sweating with the temp at 24. Very disappointing! Other than the poor air-con the hotel was great.

We stayed for 2 nights. Really clean and modern. A couple of minors issues; shower is quite a poor flow, air con didn’t work and as we faced a busy road hard to keep the window open. Lack of well placed mirrors for drying hair or doing makeup. Otherwise a great hotel.

A lovely welcome at reception, plenty of parking at hotel. Easy check on, clean comfortable room, enjoyed bar food early evening, Sunny (staff member) was helpful and gave us great directions to the nearby tram for our evening at coop live. Easy checkout, would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much the only things i could grumble about would the poor flush on the toilet and the extractor fan not working. Overall a lovely stay with both tram lines easily accesible and close the quays for a lovely walk.
