Patrizia was a very responsive host. We had an issue with our shower that was attended to promptly on a weekend without fuss. Checkin was not smooth as it was not clear where to go after collecting the keys from the local cafe. A clearer instruction on which building and how to access would be helpful. Ricardo at the cafe served a breakfast of pastry and coffee (including a second cup) and was cheerful in the morning. The room was very clean and the shared fridge was very handy.

No water park.
No 3 poolside bars.
No outdoor pool access.
Far from beach.
No parking in relation to the BNB, had to drive around and find parking yourselves.
No tea kettle in room.
No free bottled water in room.

Good value for money
Posted 15 Sep 2023 on HotelsAll fine. Useful furnishings. Lots of space for one person. Balcony with nice view. Good value for money. Flexible organisation. Nice, friendly and generous host. Italian style breakfast (coffee, dolce and fruit juice) in coffee place in 1 minute distance, OK. Normal city neighbourhood. Takes 20 minutes walk to waterfront and center. Good public transport connections. Wifi with some hiccups.

Posted 14 Sep 2023 on HotelsNos atendió Patrizia, una persona encantadora. El piso está a unos 10 minutos del paseo marítimo. Nosotros no utilizamos el servicio de desayuno, que se hace en el bar de abajo, saliendo a la derecha a muy pocos metros. Es el séptimo piso y hay ascensor.
