The hotel looks nice and the people were friendly. The walls are thin and we got to listen to our neighbors yelling profanities at each other until after 1am. On top of that, there were people cruising and racing cars and motorcycle until after 2am. Because of this, we overslept and missed the breakfast service. No compensation was offered. Not likely to go back.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, the review platform doesn't allow me to see a last name or room number. Not that we have regular experience with arguments taking place in rooms, our team would address issues confidentially and assertively to ensure your animosity is protected. I believe any hotel would want to intercede on the guests behalf. Regarding traffic noise, we are a downtown property, the street along the side is a State Highway, we have noise cancelling units on each nightstand to help neutralize outside influences.

The staff was tremendous. The only challenge were the elevators. Limited access and very very slow.

Thank you for staying, we did get our Elevator company here to repair the issue. I can only presume a guest tried to restrict the door from closing and caused it the come off the tracks.

We went for a concert and The Grand was in the perfect location. It was also very handy that the hotel had parking.

Importantly, the rooms are very large, clean, and comfortable. The beds are also of the ‘sleep all night’ variety. There are several restaurants and lounges near by, providing quite a bit of variety, should you decide to venture out. The convenient underground parking was a bonus. However, best of all was the friendly front desk service.

Lobby and rooms were really nice. Had an older feeling to it but intentionally and not in a dated kind of way. Free breakfast was amazing every morning with a rotating menu so it wasn't all the same. The restaurant was very classy and had delicious food. Although pricey it was worth it for one night.
