Liked the staff a lot. Room was clean except the floor is pourous and needed a deep scrub. Housekeeping cleaned during our stay.. Front desk man was nice. Trains are loud, poor insulation. Gap at bottom of door. I had to lay a towel down. Pool was and has been closed for a long time.

Where do I begin?. They didn’t have our right room when we got there so they gave us a single room when we requested to doubles and a handicap accessible one and they gave us upstairs which we could not do had to take a single downstairs. The room was dirty had Insects termites all over the room. I don’t know it was just awful and so then they gave us a new room the next day, and it was floors were cracked. None of the outlets worked. The sink wouldn’t drain. You could not regulate the shower water overall just a horrible experience except for Graham in the front office. He was amazing and tried his best to accommodate us very nice young man deserves praise but other than that the hotel I will never stay at again .
