We were extremely pleased with the property. We ate the complimentary breakfast, worked out at the gym, and used the business center to print our boarding passes. The hotel was near everything you needed. We will be staying here again!!

Rooms were big and had good amenities in them. Staff was all friendly and helpful.

Front desk attendant was super friendly when checking in. Room was clean and to standards

Place was just okay for the price. The pool was closed and no hot tub, water pressure was poor and the shower temperature kept fluctuating a lot.

This Holiday Inn is in Salem, a small city in southern Illinois. It is clean - the hotel, rooms, and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and double queen rooms were spacious. The gym was nice and any issues I had were resolved immediately. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I always enjoy my stay here when I come to visit family.

I liked that there was an area for dogs outside. However, there was no water running in our room. We couldn’t take showers or brush our teeth.
