hotel good but food disappointing

Pros: location
Cons: food
Had 5 rooms booked here for one night with a group of friends the hotel is very clean and rooms good where this hotel lets itself down is the food the restaurant was the most expensive we came across in 10 days of travelling around northan spain and it was by far the worst non of us eat our meal as it was either under cooked or had 2 kilos of salt added the staff wasn't helpfull with menus and would not recommend

Beautiful historic Spanish hotel
Posted 4 Oct 2015Set in the medieval walls of this small Asturian town the hotel feels like a mini parador . The rooms are traditional with beautiful wooden floor etc The rooms are all set around a central cobbled courtyard. Food very good & staff friendly & helpful

Posted 13 Oct 2023 on HotelsEl Lugar es magnifico ya que es un castillo adaptado a hotei ell trato de la persona que recibe y atiende a los huéspedes es PÉSIMO . deben humanizar a ese personal.
por lo demás es un buen lugar pero no lo recomiendo y no volveré a ese sitio.

El Hotel en general está bien.
La comida muy buena.
La habitación pequeña.
Nos costó encontrar a alguien en recepción cuando llegamos

Muchas graicias por su comentario,nos laegra que su estancia haya sido buena.
Sentimos lo de recepcion,pero como ltenemos tambien el restaurante y cafeteria nos tenemos que arreglar para atenderlo todo de la mejor manera posible.
