The room was clean, quiet and great amenities. Salamanca is truly beautiful & the Grand Hotel Don Gregorio made our stay even more wonderful 👍👍

It is beautiful structure and tastefully decorated. The facilities in the room are great.
It was disappointing the restaurant was closed the two days we were there. The breakfast was expensive but lacked quality.

We had a very large room (3.1) on the top floor with a private elevator up there. It had a couch and chairs with a coffee table. The bathroom had a separate jacuzzi tub, wonderful shower, and toilet/bidet room. The only complaint was how dark the lighting in the bathroom was.
Their restaurant Ment by Oscar Calleja (one Michelin star) was amazing. We selected the short menu and the wine pairing. We wished we had been hungrier so we could choose the long menu! We liked it so well we had the Mexican themed breakfast one day.
We had a recommendation for a great modern tapas bar called Bambu which we would recommend. We also had a fun cocktail bar experience at the Niebla Cocktail Bar.

The hotel and staff were excellent and the location was absolutely perfect for sights, dining, and walking.
