Great location! Bed was too hard for we Americans! Wonderful staff!

Great staff and good room
Posted 6 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe staff is very friendly, the breakfast tastes great, the bed is a little hard but it's comfortable, the television is good and easy to use.
Night is a little cold in winter if you don't use the air conditioner but it's not a big deal

I love this place. Because the hotel only 5 mins walk to Saitama 新都心 station. The breakfast is local style Japanese good. I will stay there again if i come to Saitama

No English speaker at the facility
They ask me for my passport to let me check in
At the moment I don’t have my passport with me and lady on the front desk didn’t want to let me check in.
I pretty much needed to beg her to give me the room.
I ask her to make the refund if she was not gonna let me stay in the hotel and she said no. Because according to the Expedia rules was no cancelations.
So when I ask her where it said in my Expedia booking where it says that I needed to provide my passport to check in she said “ I don’t know about Expedia rules.
I give her my driver license and my credit card as collateral and even like that she didn’t want to let me check in
Very frustrating specially being in an emergency situation .,
