Nice hotel but not suitable for seniors. We expected to have a room on the ground floor. Instead we were on the second floor carrying our own luggages up the stairs .

Thank you for your feedback. To ensure you are accommodated on the ground floor, you must select a Superior, Comfort or Business room. The Studios and Classic Rooms are located upstairs and, in fact, there is no elevator.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Surroundings less so. Pity the restaurant was closed.
