The website didn't indicate that staff aren't even at the front desk during the stay. It appears to be dependent on number of guests. Given that, this should be indicated boldly in the listing before booking.

you called the reception at 5:55 to ask for an iron board we told you we do not have any you asked if there is any store open we looked on google the only store that might sell such item close at 6 pm you were frustrated unfortunately we can't do anything for you.

The room was very spacious. Loved the tub in the room - this definitely helped ease muscles sore from traveling! We had no problems during our stay and enjoyed it!

Good atmosfera however the hotel needs some renovation, specially the bathroom. Swimming pool definitely needs to be clean, very dirty.
