It was a pleasant stay, staffs were all very kind. It is a three star hotel so it is a bit noisy outside. I used Finnish sauna which was great but the jacuzzi was not warm enough and the water was smelly so I had to give up.

Posted 23 Feb 2016 on Hotelsbooked two hotels at this town - each two nights --- and turned up at the elena on the Monday (when I was due to arrive on the Wednesday!! got into room when helpful lady called on the phone to point out my error.
much embarrassment!
when I went back on the Wednesday all was well and I was allocated the same room. I also chose to pay the five euros a day for covered parking which was very close and safe under ground - well worth it.
nice fair size room reached by small but efficient lift.
nice and warm, small balcony, fair size shower.
comfy bed (which unfortunately collapsed on the last day and I had to be re-roomed (all done very quickly and efficiently)
thoroughly recommended
