Excellent location but despite smelling really strongly of bleach the rooms were dirty. One of the sink overflows was vile I couldn’t look at it. And there was a ball of someone else’s hair left in one of the bathrooms. No shutters or curtains in the windows so we had to hang a blanket up ourselves. We chose not to eat breakfast or dinner there.

You booked us into a hotel which was closed and the only people there were painters. PLEASE reassure me that NO MONEY was taken from my bank. We were tired and it took us another 2 hours to find an alternative hotel. Notices on the Ports et des Bains said they were closed until 22nd and I amm amazed you booked us in - hoew could you have reservbed for us when it was not open and wasnt open at the timer you booked?

Small hotel on St Valery waterfront.

Pros: Not a lot.
Cons: Size of rooms and standard of cooking in restaurant.
Location: Good location on waterfront overlooking Somme estuary. Also close to the terminal for the steam train around the Bay which is worth a journey.
Disappointing. Room clean but very small, with no space for any luggage. Restaurant light and inviting but the standard of food was poor. We sent back our main courses as they were so bad.
