That is why we have read your experience carefully.At this time of the year, there are, indeed, just a few open restaurants in the cottage. This is a reason why we propose at the hotel a 7/7 small-scale catering.We apologise for any inconvenience caused by your wait at the check-in account. We are a small independent 2 star hotel, that's why we can't afford to have several employees at the same time.The building is old, so it indeed doesn't have a lift. The hostess should have helped you with your luggage as is usual, we are very sorry for this inconvenience and rest assured sir that we have done everything necessary to ensure that this does not happen again.We are sorry the bathroom equipment such as didn't suit you, please note that we do disinfect the anti-slip coating on the showers.Also we are sincerely sorry that you have to wait a few minutes for having warm water, and this won't happen again, as the water heater has recently been replaced completely. All the air vents were cleaned that morning, and the one in the room you were staying in was incorrectly reset. Please accept our apologies for this incident. Regarding the heating, it is done through the ceiling, explaining the mentioned issue.We regret that the service and the performance were not up to your expectations, do not hesitate next time to let us know your remarks during your stay because your satisfaction is our priority we are always concerned about the comfort of our guests, We hope to have the privilege of welcoming you back and that you will give us the opportunity to give you a better impression on your next visit to Saint SavinIn this expectation, we send you our best regards
