The rooms were not ultra modern or brand new but who goes to NYC near broadway to hang out in the room? The bed was comfy and clean, the room was huge compared to many other hotel rooms, everything worked and the bathroom was clean. You cannot beat the location for the price and there are plenty of restaurants within the same block so needing one in the hotel is not needed. I highly recommend this hotel. "
