I didn’t like it at all. We stayed at other B&B in France and they had much better standards and cleanliness.
The hotel had bed bugs. We had to wash all of our stuff when we got back in UK

Angry hotel.
Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe check in was rude and abrupt. The single bed bases were dangerous and I have bruised shins because there is not enough space in the room. Breakfast would have been nice but they breached food safety food temperature was not kept hot enough.

Local management needs improvement
Posted 14 Jul 2024 on HotelsHaving requested an accessible room I found that I had to climb on crutches with some difficulty to the first floor. This did NOT please me - even though the stairs would be 'easy' if I had been fit.
Additionally although I was informed of a code to access by check in information, I found it overly complex and had to telephone because I had not managed to remember BOTH my room number AND the door lock code. I know this saves staff costs and helps make the charges more competitive BUT I'm sure I could invent a better way of doing it.
The room was fine and I liked the bathroom.
I have stayed at other B&B hotels that were better.

Awful- automated check in machine not working helpline was rude- when it was working again didn’t issue ticket. Vending machine took my money and didn’t dispense drink. You get what you pay for I guess.

Good basic accommodation. Very comfy bed annd powerful shower. Only downside was our room wasn’t made up when we checked in at 5pm. Fortunately reception was still staffed and she was able to switch rooms for us.
