The location is perfect. Walking distance to Mont Saint-Michel and in front of the shuttle station (in case you don't want to walk).

It was A very difficult stay due to very hot weather, no air con, no fans in room. Also A lot of noise coming from guests until 11.30pm on the outside terrace.

Bonjour,je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre avis. Comme vous le faites remarquer la situation climatique est actuellement exceptionnelle. Les espaces d'accueil du Mont Vernon sont climatisés, mais pas les chambres.Nous envisageons à court terme une rénovation des chambres et avons inclus cette option clim. dans le cahier des charges compte tenu des prévisions dans les année à venir...Je suis désolée que vous ayez été gênée par les bruits jusque tard dans la soirée. Là encore une conséquence des fortes chaleurs qui poussent nos clients à profiter des terrasses avec le retour d'un air plus frais à la tombée de la nuit.Bien cordialement

Shower is awful, glass door covers half the shower and water spills everywhere. Toilet seat was broken, toilet paper is actually little squares of tissue that you need a million just to wipe

sorry for this bad experience .Mont Vernon don't have showers but only baths in every rooms...Had you inform us for broken toilet seat? we could have changed it quickly Have a nice day

Clean , basic rooms
Posted 28 May 2022 on HotelsHotel very clean , nice location. Breakfast very good , dinner ok but chose to eat out next night. Room clean but very basic , no complementary tea/ coffee/ water in rooms. No hairdryer in room. Staff pleasant.

Merci d'avoir apprécié la propreté de l'hôtel et l'accueil de l'équipe.
Effectivement le mont Vernon ne propose pas de "plateau courtoisie" dans les chambres., mais nous avons un bar ouvert à l'accueil qui permet, à la demande, de vous servir les boissons désirées.
Concernant les sèches cheveux ils sont à votre disposition sur simple demande à la réception
Souhaitant avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir lors d'un prochain séjour...

Horrible-don’t bother
Posted 21 Nov 2019 on HotelsArrived to find they do not have an elevator to the 2nd floor. Was provided with a 1st room with hair all over bathroom floor, dirty sheets and towels. Desk clerk apologized. Entering and exiting is amid a cloud of cigarette smoke from guests.

I would like to begin by apologizing for your experience in our institution.
Indeed, Mount Vernon has only 2 floors and does not have an elevator. We have 36 rooms on the ground floor. Just let us know this preference when booking.
You finally got a room close to the front desk.
It seems that this one did not meet your expectations... Our rooms are checked every day by the housekeeper before being made available to our guests, so I am surprised by your comments regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and the linen. However, we will be even more vigilant on these issues.
Finally, I note that you have been bothered by the cigarette smoke of customers outside the establishment.
As our hotel is completely smoke-free, guests leave the lobby to smoke. They have the option of reaching the partially covered terrace, but unfortunately some people stay close to the gates on the reception path.
