super close to beach.

Con:
walking 30mins to old town.
You need to clean everything before you leave.(Garbage, Bed, vacuuming floor). otherwise they charge you 35euro!!!!!
If you can enjoy cleaning all your room before your morning checking out. it’s a good place to stay.
oh also the bed isnt made when you arrive. you need to make it everything and before you leave you also need ti remove it.
I wouldnt pick this place twice since i dont prefer enjoying my holiday instead of cleaning the whole room.

Unlike a hotel, in a tourist residence, the cleaning fee is an option, so you have the choice. If you do not want to clean up your departure you can choose to take the cleaning option.
However, unlike a hotel, all our accommodations are equipped with kitchen. So you are at home!

Idéalement situé, à 30m de la plage , très bon accueil. Appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien agencé.
On a passé un agréable séjour.
