Will never go back

I didn't stay. I got there and nobody was in the office. I had to go to a bar/tavern to get my key. When i ooened the door to my room the smell hit me. There was old dust on the tv and the fridge door was streaked with i do not know what. It was terrible. So i gave the key back but as we could not reach anybody who worked there i had to go back the next day to get a reimbursement.

The room was dirty, the beds had not been changed there was no heat and the tv did not work lights did not work and there was no front desk staff. No bathroom supplies. We did not spend the night and had to return at 0900 the next day to get a refund. They had also demanded a $100.00 key deposit.

The price was good, the staff was helpful but I felt that these issues could have been dealt with before a Client begins occupying the room to discover these "faults", i.e. the baseboard heater not working and a plug-in space heater was brought in. To call for a repairman to "unlock the air locks" in the system. 2 ladies found no heat in the room and changed with me to deal with the problem. No compensation was offered to remedy my inconvenience for my follow-up. The staff was pleasant though.

The room is smelly, bedding doesn't look clean, I booked ahead and they charge extra person fee when you check in, highly not recommended

Needs a little work

The motel is either on its way up or way down. Construction was going on, so I'm guessing that it's going up. To start, there's no morning coffee in the room, and no breakfast. The TV was hooked up to a light switch, which requires the staff to come and turn it on. The bathroom is very sparse, with barely enough towels (thin) and no electrical outlet. Other units in the motel are in disrepair or under construction. WiFi is fine though. The staff is very nice too. Management seems to be working hard on renovation, but there is a way to go. At the moment, the price was about right.

Avoid this place

Avoid this run down seedy place. Clientele sketchy, Saw a drug deal happen in the parking lot. Left the hotel and found a safer place to stay.

Room didn't match picture on site. Fellow checking them in was not friendly, had to be called to fix one of the lamps which is really old and didn't work very well.

I was fine that the cost was under $100. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Even thought I requested a smoke free room the sheets and room in general did smell like smokers had been living for weeks in the room. A a better note the cleaning staff did bring in a couple air fresheners. The waitress at breakfast was very friendly so in all I was happy with my experience.
