The location is perfect with amazing views of the ocean and centrally located. We could not access the property because it is locked off with a buzzer and intercom which didn,t work. With no alternative. Lucky another resident let us in.Signage directing us to access is inadequate. Premises are showing their age but price charged reflects so good value. Rooms roomy enough and have what is needed. Staff nice and helpful.

Delightful stay. Very considerate staff. Had a nice dinner and breakfast. Very modesty priced, very well prepared. The only special consideration for this accommodation is that it is in a suburb of Sain-Jean-Pied-de-Port, and so it may be necessary to take a taxi to and from the main town and its train or bus station. I did not stay there again on my return trip because of the distance, and I regret having booked elsewhere. This was infinitely better and nicer.

Climatisation payée et non attribuée !

Nous avions réservé une "Chambre Double Confort" qui était indiquée et confirmée avec climatisation. Hors à notre arrivée nous avons eu la surprise de constater que la chambre qui nous était attribuée n'avait pas de climatisation, qu'il n'était pas possible d'en changer et l'hôtesse nous a répondu qu'elle réservait ses chambres avec climatisation prioritairement aux voyageur ayant réservé en direct, donc hors hotel.com. Je considère cette attitude comme inadmissible.
