Very disappointed with Novotel
Posted 1 May 2023 on HotelsWe stayed overnight and were very disappointed. The flush kept leaking the entire night and was absolutely annoying. The shower gel and shampoo containers were empty. And room service could not provide any food after 10pm!

Could have been great

Very comfortable.
Nice bar area and restaurant.
Restaurant menu for evening meal wasn’t set for children so not very good there.
We had a family room and it was to hot as air conditioning has been turned off. We spoke to other people and they all said they didn’t have air conditioning.
Very nice hotel but when you don’t get a good sleep because it’s to hot it really let it down, 8 of us traveled and we all felt like we couldn’t sleep just because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Big let down.
