The workers were so nice and friendly, stayed for 4 nights and it honestly did its job. Would I come back, yes. I’m just assuming rates were a little high due to Formula 1 weekend which is why I stayed here. Away from the city but also 15mins. The property can definitely use some upgrades but it’s an older building.

It’s an okay place for a short stay. The room was clean but it’s a somewhat old building. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom was clean and well kept but could be renovated because the water draining was very slow in the bathtub and the toilet had to be flushed a few times to get it fully flushed.
However, the parking was convenient. The place was quiet and calm. Easy in and out with no hassle. Stores and food places are nearby. Recommend for a short stay of a day or two.

At first glance, this place doesn’t look good. However, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The guy who runs the place is very nice. If you need to be in that part of Montreal, it’s a good cheap practical option.

Staff did give me a refund when they didn't necessarily "need" to so props to them on that but the place is in a terrible shape
