Full service hotel with great amenities
However it is all lost with Absolutely the worst mattresses in years at a hotel I have stayed that cheap and old needs to be replaced immediately has management never heard of memory foam. It’s actually inexpensive

This hotel has a great location. The room was clean. The person who checked us in was incredibly rude. After we paid, she told us to " move aside there is another customer" We were not told important details like how to use the elevator or front door with our key. The room was 1417 and it was on the fourth floor this was not made clear to us.
The lobby is beautiful but as far as the hallways and rooms go they are in dire need of paint and a refurbish. the carpet in the room was disgusting.

Checked in, place was largely empty as far as we could tell but we were given tiny room on the ground floor - ZERO view, light etc. When we booked the images online had views of the river.
Let me say again - the room was tiny.
This place is NOTHING like the photos - be aware.
We had to get our own clean linen, and leave our dirty towels on the floor in the corridors (along with everyone else). I’ve stayed and thousands of hotels for my work and I have never seen this before.
We had other guest running up and down the corridors talking, screaming, laughing at 2 am in the morning on multiple nights. The staff did nothing.
One of the reasons we stayed here was for the washing facilities, out of the five washing machines only one was working, and we had to pay 5 euros for a shirt/quick wash - so not ideal considering how much we paid.
The only thing this property has going for it is location - for our first stay in Paris, i wish we had stayed somewhere else.

This is explained on our partner Expedia site, we have 3 categories of studio and your reservation was for a standard studio and not with the river view. Just across from the Pont Neuf the hotel is well located. The room was big and comfortable- posinly a little old but fine. The breakfast was great and the staff friendly.

Great loacation. Close to so many attractions and restaurants. Very walkable neighborhood. Room was nice and dark and very quiet. Flexible. Let us do a later checkout at noon.
